  1. Product Returns (HEPOSAN Nutraceuticals & Health Products)
  • Eligibility for Return:

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements, consumables, or health products cannot be returned or refunded unless proven defective.

  • Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at support@heposanindia.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product and packaging.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.

  • Refund Timeline:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.


2. Online Courses, Programs & Consultations

  • Digital Products & Courses:

All digital courses, workshops, and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

In exceptional cases (duplicate payments, access issues, or proven technical errors), a refund or course credit may be provided at our discretion.

  • Consultations & Services:

Bookings for consultations or personalized sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents.

Our support team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution — replacement, credit, or refund.
