1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders received after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Timelines
- Domestic Deliveries (within India):
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or interior areas may take slightly longer.
- International Deliveries:
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (If you plan to open it later, this can be revised.)
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.
- Free Shipping may be available for select products or promotional periods, as announced on the website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.
You can use this link to monitor the real-time delivery status of your package.

5. Delivery Issues
- Delayed Delivery:
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or regulatory restrictions may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
- Non-Delivery / Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos of the parcel and contents.
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please email support@heposan.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
